She also asked great questions to make sure my daughter was really conversant in the material before moving on to the next problem. We will be using Lisa again, for sure!
I teach Conceptual, College Prep, and AP Physics 1. Students regularly come after school to work with me one on one for extra help. I love seeing that light bulb when things finally click. Just class time is not always enough time for students to excel at physics, many need to put in the extra time. I've found that most often students with difficulty are just equation shopping instead of understanding physics concepts or they have deficiencies in math. One on one tutoring at YOUR pace...

I really enjoyed working with Lisa as she helped me prepare for my physics exams and the AP test. She is an exceptional tutor and explained complex concepts in a way that made them much easier to understand. My daughter has had several session with Lisa as she’s preparing for the AP exam and end of the year tests. Lisa has been great at helping her to understand complex concepts that were previously missed. I only wish we’d started rotaries at the beginning of the year.
