State of the Art Belmont Vocal Coach and Piano Teacher

Breanna C.

Hi! My name is Ms.Bre! I specialize in voice and piano lessons! I graduated from my dream college, Belmont University, in May 2024 with a Bachelor's of Commercial Music Voice Performance Degree. It's funny because I remember when I was younger, it was difficult to find a teacher who taught Commercial Music in Voice! I was blessed to attend college in Nashville, where I was trained in almost every vocal genre. For voice lessons, I teach Classical, Bluegrass, Country, Jazz, Rock, Pop, Christian, Gospel, and more!

I have been teaching private voice and piano lessons since 2022! I have taught at Music Art Institutes, Church, and more. I have taught students from the ages of 5 - 45 so far! I have taught summer group music classes also at a music camp too!

Regarding my music lessons experience, I took private piano lessons growing up. I have mastered my skills during college in classical and commercial piano. My aim is to instill love and passion for the student learning the instrument. Piano lessons balance music theory with aural training.

For vocal students, I strive to instill the necessary skills for a strong, healthy, lifelong vocal performance. I first teach them proper breath support and technique. Then we go through professional vocal exercises to build a vocal student’s chest voice/resonance.

My ultimate goal as a teacher, is to encourage! I believe that a successful lesson emphasizes positivity while balancing this with constructive feedback. Growth is found in a student’s motivation to practice. I have taught over 30 students in my teaching career who have all advanced tremendously.
