Hi, Zack here! I am a university-trained musician with over a decade of experience performing, writing, recording, and studying music. My musical journey began when I was 9 years old and received my first guitar for Christmas. Since then, music has grown from a childhood hobby to a passionate field that I surround myself in.

Hi, Zack here! I am a university-trained musician with over a decade of experience performing, writing, recording, and studying music. My musical journey began when I was 9 years old and received my first guitar for Christmas. Since then, music has grown from a childhood hobby to a passionate field that I surround myself in.
In 2019, I graduated from the Mary Pappert School of Music at Duquesne University, thus earning a Bachelor of Music focused on music performance and jazz guitar. Studying music at a collegiate level was extremely beneficial to me as I was able to explore new topics and skills within music that I had not previously had experience with.
I also have ample experience teaching and coaching music. For over two years, I have been teaching guitar, bass, and ukulele lessons at a local music shop. I get to work with students of all ages and levels of experiences playing/studying music. It is a privilege to be able to work with students one-on-one and help them grow into better musicians. My goal as a tutor/teacher is always to help students unlock the potential that they have always had. Every person is different, and for this reason, I tailor every lesson uniquely for each student. I like to balance the work load with students' current interests and topics/skills that I believe would be beneficial for them.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding myself or setting up a lesson!
