I have 10+ experience in helping people develop their career goals, interview skills, resume/cover letter building. I have a background in psychology, behavior, counseling. I can help you determine if you want to work in this field or just pass your class. I have had to juggle many responsibilities while completing my education and through that experience I have many tips for improving study skills.

I have a BS in Organizational Development and a MS in Counseling Psychology. I have 10+ years in studying all aspects of behavior.

Years of guiding people through reflection, interest and strength-based assessments to determine not only what kind of work they would be good at, but what type of work environment is best for them. I provide up to date industry tips on resumes, cover letters, and interview skills.

I have earned my degrees while working full time and raising a family. I had to organize myself and make the best use of my time. I've shared these tips and more with others to achieve their own goals.

We all need more than work and studying in our life. I have an AS in Culinary Art and worked in the field for 10+ years. I have practiced mindfulness for 15+ years and I've taught mindfulness for 10+ years. I am very creative and enjoy crafting my entire life: cooking and baking all foods, crochet, needlework, sewing fun projects (not quilting), meditative art and doodle art.
