1. I have been teaching Russian as a foreign language for almost 13 years.
2. I started my teaching journey in 2012 in Zurich, Switzerland, working with directors and CEOs of Swiss banks (UBS, Credit Suisse, etc.) You could imagine how demanding they were;
3. I came to the USA to get a Master's degree in Foreign Language Education because I have always wanted to be the best teacher you could possibly imagine;
4. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 with a summa cum laude diploma.
5. After three months of my graduation, the University of Pittsburgh invited me to work as an official Russian language teacher, and I continue working there now as a Russian language instructor. It's my pleasure to help struggling students, and I'm always happy to hear from them. "Now I got it! Thank you, Katya!";
6. Starting from 2019, I have worked at the Summer Language Institute as a Russian language instructor;
7. I am a native Russian speaker. I also speak English and German fluently. Hence, I was in your shoes. Twice. :-);
8. My focus is always on YOUR PERSONAL goals. I always create a unique program for each group or person.
