I have also been involved with USA Rugby for more than 30 years as player, coach, and referee. I am certified by the International Rugby Board as referee trainer and educator. Over the past 15 years I have conducted training and certification courses for rugby referees throughout the United States. I also coach and evaluate rugby referees.
