I’m a senior Emergency Medicine resident (PGY-3) in Pennsylvania, where I spend my days making high-stakes clinical decisions in fast-paced, real-world settings. I specialize in helping students bridge the gap between memorization and true clinical reasoning—because that’s what actually drives higher scores on exams and stronger performance on rotations, leading to the future success you want. In terms of my educational background, I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Medical Science as well as a double minor in Business Administration and Psychology. I went on to the University of Toledo where I obtained an MS in Medical Science and then a Doctor of Medicine.
I work with medical students preparing for Step 1, Step 2 CK, shelf exams, and clinical rotations, focusing on high-yield concepts, test-taking strategy, and pattern recognition. My approach is tailored to each student, whether you need help building a strong foundation or refining advanced reasoning to push into top score ranges. My goal is to not only provide improvement in test taking knowledge and skills, but to help you prepare to think like a clinician, allowing you to excel in clinical rotations.
My sessions are interactive and focused on how to approach questions the way exam writers—and clinicians—actually think. We’ll break down not just the right answer, but how to consistently arrive there under time pressure.
