Hi everyone! My name is Jay, and I am a D1 at Penn Dental Medicine with a Deans scholarship. I even got into all my top choices of schools such as Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and I graduated from Nova southeastern University.
I have been tutoring for the DAT for about 2 years and even working for Medschool Bros as their first Dental School Advisor and Inspira Advantage. I have totaled over 300 hours of tutoring and have been experienced with all types of students.
Before I was a DAT tutor, I taught organic chemistry as my professor’s supplemental instruction leader. I know all the strategies and tricks to figure out an answer to a problem even if the student doesn’t know the content. I took the DAT and scored a 98% on my very first try and received Organic Chemistry: 27, General Chemistry: 24, Biology: 23, QR: 23, RC: 23.
