Mítia received the Wennerstrom Music Theory Associate Instructor Fellowship in 2023 as a recognition for the quality of his teaching at IU.
Mítia has been tutoring students in all levels of theory and music history for more than 10 years. He also has experience teaching AP Music Theory and Music appreciation for high school and has worked as a music theory teacher for students from elementary to high school in the Jacobs School of Music pre-college program.
