I am Barton-trained and have extensive experience supporting learners with reading difficulties, learning disabilities, and language-based challenges.
In addition to literacy support, I offer ESL/EFL tutoring (TESOL certified), K–8 homework help, writing coaching, and study skills development. I have designed curriculum for schools, homeschool programs, and private learners, and I tailor every lesson to each student’s needs, pace, and learning style.
My teaching approach is calm, patient, structured, and supportive. I work with students in person at the Shadyside and East Liberty Carnegie Libraries, or online for families who prefer remote sessions.
