One of the biggest things I've learned during my tutoring career is that every student is different. I tailor my tutoring to the individual needs of each student, teaching them in a way that is easy to understand based on their preferences. I do my best to make the material engaging and exciting, as students who enjoy the lessons are more likely to succeed. I promise to make each lesson engaging and interesting so that your student gets the most out of their lesson.
In addition to private 1-on-1 tutoring, I also have experience tutoring large groups of students (30+). When teaching a group of students, I find it beneficial to use an informal approach and allow students to ask questions throughout the lesson. The more engaged the students are, the more likely they are to retain the material. I enjoy using real-world examples that the students can relate to in order to make the material more relevant.
