I received my PhD in chemical engineering from Drexel in 2016. During PhD I was involved in a GK12 program where I would go to a local high school in Philly and help teach engineering/chemistry once a week. This is where I realized how much I like to teach and work with students. I also TA’d many chemical engineering courses during my time at Drexel.

Additionally, during my undergrad time at Rutgers I was a peer mentor for Calculus I and II. Basically this meant I would help students with their calc homework, grade their homework, and help answer questions during recitation. I am open to working with students high school-college aged.
During undergrad I completed 5 semesters of calculus and linear algebra with great grades. I also helped teach junior students calculus.
I have taken most chemical engineering courses twice once at undergrad level and once at the grad level. I have also TA’d many of these courses including, statistics and DOE, heat transfer, mass transfer, and material balances.
Please contact me if you are interested! I am new to wyzant. I would prefer online for now because there aren’t many places we can meet up.
