I have been coaching/teaching chess starting in the 80's,my teams have won championships on every level of team events. The students also have success on an individual events winning major tournaments. They have gone on to excelled at the highest level of education becoming doctors and lawyers.
I communicated well, understand the game and still play in tournaments.
