Hi! My name is Mike and I have been teaching and tutoring for almost 10 years. I am passionate about helping students connect the dots between various concepts that they are learning. My goal is to help students achieve their academic goals and make sure they have the resources necessary to keep learning.

I have experience teaching and tutoring a wide range of subjects to students who are in various stages of their academic journey. These subjects include computer science, math, and science. In particular, I have expertise in physics and calculus.

My goal with a student is to initially understand their current academic curriculum and help create a path forward that can bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. This allows me to discuss a student's strengths and weaknesses as well as their current understanding of concepts that they are covering.

I graduated with a PhD in Physics from Drexel University in December 2023. For the first two years of graduate school, I was a Doctoral Teaching Fellow. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Physics with research distinction. I was also the recipient of the Trustee's Scholarship and the Mayers Undergraduate Research Scholarship. Throughout this time, I heavily focused on various STEM subjects.

At Drexel University, I taught hundreds of undergraduate students in both algebra and calculus based physics courses. In addition, I also individually tutored students in both low-level and high-level undergraduate STEM courses such as biology, math, and physics. In my undergraduate time, I also tutored STEM subjects such as algebra I & II, and differential equations.
