Hello learners,
When I just arrived to America, I almost wrecked my brain because I didn't understand English. But I didn't let that obstacle defeated me. Instead, I strived to enroll for ESL courses at Community College of Philadelphia, went on to get my associate degree and finally and successfully received my bachelor degree in English at Temple University.
While I was pursuing my degree, I worked as an English tutor at various non-profit organizations. I have about two years of tutoring English to adult learners. My passion in teaching English never ceased. I got even more inspired when, in 2014, I tutored English to a group of immigrants/refugees who just arrived to the United States. They reminded me of myself each day how hard learning a foreign language was. And perhaps the ultimate reason why I love to teach is because I will have a chance to meet talented, compassionate, caring learners who might not only need English lesson but also some life changing advise and experience.
The only way to better know me is to meet me.
