I am a long-time fine art photographer who is experienced in both working with the digital workflow and teaching people to manage the digital domain. I currently teach online for PA Academy of Fine Arts, City of Philadelphia Mural Arts, and Pratt Institute. I have an MFA with honors in drawing/painting from Louisiana State, Baton Rouge, where I also taught drawing. I am currently mixing drawing and photography. I have studied illustration for theatre set design, human anatomy and taken countless life drawing sessions.

I've been in the photography field now for ten years, having just completed a major book project funded on Kickstarter. I currently am working free-lance for commercial work. And I am also an assistant to photographer Anne Nicolajsen.

Taught me the controls on my camera, ideal setting for outdoor photography, background and terminology used in photography. Learned a lot and took notes. Hope to learn more about light room next time.
