I am a NYS CPA with extensive teaching and tutoring experience. I served as an assistant professor of accounting with the University of Indianapolis (2004-2009), Accounting Lecturer with the London Metropolitan University (2009-2010) and currently Accounting and Finance tutor. The combination of my teaching experience with my real business experience (in upper management levels) in the accounting-auditing environment (Big 4s and private sectors), I believe is an advantage for any student, undergraduate and graduate, with major in accounting and finance to successfully pass all the course requirements. My method of tutoring is first to explain in plain words each subject matter and then to apply the theory in relevant problems and exercises, so the student fully understands the subject(s). I am a very good communicator, very patient, very creative and dedicated to my students' success.
