I help middle school, high school, and college students improve their performance in math and science, especially those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or executive functioning challenges. I also work with college students in biology, chemistry, and physics, including pre-med coursework.

My focus is not just understanding the material, but improving test performance, confidence, and independent learning skills.

I’m a full-time one-on-one educator at Fusion Academy in Malvern, PA, and the founder of Rarefied Education Consulting LLC. I hold a degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers and bring over a decade of real-world STEM experience into my sessions. More importantly, I specialize in breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps and meeting students exactly where they are — academically and emotionally.

My teaching is highly individualized. Whether we’re working on math, science, or SAT/ACT prep, I focus on building structure, reducing overwhelm, and helping students develop systems that actually work for them. Many of my students come in feeling behind or unsure of themselves, and leave sessions feeling capable, prepared, and in control.

I also bring a unique perspective from my background as a high-stakes poker player. That experience trained me to think clearly under pressure, manage emotions, and make disciplined decisions — skills I actively teach students for test-taking, problem solving, and academic performance.

If your child needs more than just homework help — if they need someone who understands how they learn and can help them build confidence along the way — I’d be happy to work together.

I currently teach Biology at Fusion Academy, where I work one-on-one with middle and high school students to build deep understanding of life science — from cellular biology and genetics to ecology and human systems. My background includes a degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers and years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality and research (Merck, J&J, Penn Medicine), giving me a unique ability to connect classroom concepts to real-world science. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD, anxiety, and executive function challenges, and I've been recognized twice as Teacher of the Month for creating a classroom where students feel safe to ask questions and explore. Whether your child needs help with test prep, lab reports, or simply building confidence in biology, I meet them where they are and help them move forward.
Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding

I bring years of personal experience in bodybuilding and powerlifting, including a 245lb bench press at 153lb bodyweight — a 1.6x bodyweight ratio in the advanced category. As a full-time teacher and twice Teacher of the Month at Fusion Academy, I understand how to motivate and support learners of all levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to build muscle or an experienced lifter wanting to improve technique, I meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD, anxiety, and executive function challenges, and I've been recognized twice as Teacher of the Month for creating a classroom where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. Whether your child needs help with test prep, lab reports, or simply building confidence in chemistry, I meet them where they are and help them move forward.

As a full-time teacher at Fusion Academy and twice Teacher of the Month, I bring the same patience and clarity to poker coaching that I bring to the classroom. Whether you're a beginner looking for fundamentals or an experienced player wanting to sharpen your mental game, I meet you where you are and help you level up.

Amazing teacher

He made physics much easier for me to understand by clearly breaking down the concepts before heading into the problems. Before getting on the call he created a small summary sheet of all of the topics my current unit is on and went through that with me as well. I went from feeling unsure about the subject to truly grasping it. He is also very kind and genuinely cares about his students.
