As a Villanova Law grad, licensed Pennsylvania attorney, and experienced educator, I bring advanced communication skills and practical teaching experience to help students master writing, reading, English, debate, and public speaking. I was selected as my law school's graduation speaker—a distinction recognizing excellence in both scholarship and communication—and earned my Bachelor's degree cum laude from Spring Hill College with a minor in English and induction into Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society.
I'm not just an attorney who tutors—I'm an experienced educator who understands how students learn. I worked as a substitute teacher with Montgomery Public Schools instructing elementary and middle school students, served as lead instructor for Spring Hill College's ESL Program teaching English to non-native speakers, and coordinated an after-school tutoring program at Mobile County Training School. I currently volunteer as a youth mentor with Level Up Philly, supporting Philadelphia students in their educational development.
Beyond the classroom, I've demonstrated real-world excellence in writing and speaking. I'm a published writer whose op-ed on criminal justice reform appeared in AL.com, and I self-published a personal narrative in 2023. As a practicing attorney, I draft complex legal documents daily—briefs, memoranda, motions—requiring clarity, precision, and persuasive argumentation. I conduct legal work bilingually in English and Spanish, demonstrating mastery of language nuances and effective communication.
Whether you're preparing for the SAT/ACT, working on college essays, developing debate skills, or building public speaking confidence, I offer expert knowledge of essay structure and rhetorical techniques, proven experience with diverse student populations from elementary through college level, and personalized strategies tailored to your learning style. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and focused on building genuine skills that will serve you in college, career, and beyond.

I am a Villanova Law graduate and licensed Pennsylvania attorney with extensive English education credentials and teaching experience. I earned my Bachelor's degree cum laude from Spring Hill College with a minor in English and was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, the prestigious English Honor Society, in recognition of my academic excellence in English studies. My undergraduate achievements included maintaining a 3.8 GPA in my English minor coursework while completing rigorous literary analysis, composition, and critical theory courses. My teaching experience spans multiple educational settings and student populations. I served as a Substitute Teacher with Montgomery Public Schools, where I instructed elementary and middle school students in English and Language Arts. At Spring Hill College, I worked as the Lead Instructor for the College ESL Program, teaching English composition and communication skills to non-native speakers—experience that gave me deep insight into how students learn grammar, vocabulary, and writing mechanics. I also served as Site Coordinator & Tutor at Mobile County Training School, where I provided direct academic support to students working to improve their reading and writing skills. Currently, I volunteer as a mentor with Level Up Philly, a Philadelphia-based youth organization, where I continue working with students on their educational development. Beyond classroom teaching, I have demonstrated professional excellence in English writing and communication. Reading

Reading

As a Villanova Law graduate and licensed Pennsylvania attorney with extensive experience working with young students, I bring both advanced reading expertise and a proven track record of helping elementary through high school students strengthen their comprehension skills. My direct classroom experience as a Substitute Teacher with Montgomery Public Schools gave me hands-on practice instructing students across elementary and middle school grade levels in reading and literacy. I implemented age-appropriate lesson plans, adapted teaching strategies to different learning styles, and worked with students at varying reading levels—from those struggling with basic fluency to advanced readers developing critical analysis skills. This experience taught me how to break down complex reading strategies into manageable steps that young learners can understand and apply. My work as Site Coordinator & Tutor at Mobile County Training School deepened my understanding of how to support students who need individualized attention to improve their reading skills. I worked directly with elementary and middle school students on reading comprehension, vocabulary development, and reading fluency, creating a supportive learning environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and working through challenging texts. As Lead Instructor for Spring Hill College's ESL Program, I taught reading comprehension to students learning English, which required me to explicitly teach the strategies that strong readers use instinctively—identifying main ideas, making predictions, using context clues for unfamiliar words, and connecting new information to prior knowledge. These same strategies are essential for all developing readers, and my ESL teaching experience made me skilled at explaining them clearly and patiently. Beyond the classroom, I have continued working with young people through my ongoing volunteer work as a mentor with Level Up Philly, a Philadelphia-based youth organization, where I support students in their academic develo
