I hold a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) as well as a graduate degree related to Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). With over fifteen years of teaching experience, I specialize in helping students strengthen their English, sharpen their research skills, and engage with history in ways that are clear, practical, and relevant to their goals.

I have taught English to learners of all ages, from teenagers to working professionals, in both classroom and one-on-one settings. My approach is student-centered: I focus on practical communication, clear writing, and confidence-building. Whether a student is preparing for an exam, improving their academic writing, or simply working on everyday fluency, I tailor lessons to fit their needs.

Beyond language learning, I draw on my librarian training and history background to help students with research projects, source evaluation, and critical analysis. I aim to make complex skills approachable and engaging, so students leave each session not only with stronger abilities but also with the confidence to apply them independently.
