Hi, I’m Keydy! I’m a tutor passionate about helping students learn with clarity and confidence. I hold a B.S. in Neuroscience and am currently pursuing my M.S. in Neuroscience, which gives me a strong foundation across the sciences, math, and research.

I specialize in STEM and test preparation, including the NYS Regents Exams, SAT, ACT, and college-level biology, chemistry, and math. Having earned an Advanced Regents Diploma with top scores in math and science, I understand what it takes to excel and enjoy guiding students toward the same success.

As a native Spanish speaker, I also tutor Spanish language and literacy, from conversational skills to exam preparation. I scored near-perfectly on both my high-school and college proficiency exams, and I tailor lessons to make Spanish approachable, practical, and fun.

Beyond academics, I support students through the college admissions process, including brainstorming and refining Common App essays, crafting personal statements, and developing strong applications that highlight their unique stories. Several of my students have gained admission to top universities with generous scholarships.

My research background has trained me in R programming, data analysis, and figure generation, and I’ve even presented my work at international conferences such as the Society for Neuroscience.

Above all, my approach is patient, engaging, and personalized. I adapt to each student’s learning style, build confidence step by step, and ensure progress feels achievable.
