I'm currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Pennsylvania with minors in consumer psychology and engineering entrepreneurship. I have around six months of tutoring experience through a nonprofit organization, where I worked one-on-one with elementary school students to build their foundational skills in English and Math. I focused on creating an encouraging and patient environment, tailoring my approach to each student’s pace and learning style. I emphasized interactive learning techniques, such as games and storytelling for English, and visual aids and real-life examples for Math, to keep young learners engaged and confident.
In high school, I completed 11 AP courses across subjects including Calculus, Economics, and English, and have taken several college-level courses in business, psychology, and economics at Penn. With this background, I’m confident in my ability to tutor middle school and high school students across a variety of subjects and can offer college coaching and mentorship support for high school students.
