Hi, I’m Jenn, and welcome to my profile! I offer MCAT tutoring, medical school admissions consulting (essay support, mock interviews), and SAT preparation.

I began tutoring in high school, where I helped peers with math and chemistry. In college, I continued supporting students as a biochemistry tutor and a Teaching Assistant for multivariable calculus. My approach emphasizes building strong foundational skills and adapting to individual learning styles.

I’m now a second-year medical student at the University of Pennsylvania. I scored a 522 (99th percentile, 131/129/131/131) on the MCAT on my first attempt through self-study, utilizing AAMC and Kaplan resources. I enjoy helping students craft study plans tailored to their needs and offering guidance on every step of the medical school application, from personal statements and secondaries to interviews. At Penn, I continue to support students through tutoring and advising.

During my medical school application cycle, I received six interview invitations and was accepted to two of those programs. I strongly believe that the thematic continuity and storytelling across my primary application, secondary essays, and interviews played a major role in my success. From brainstorming essay ideas to refining written responses, I can provide strategic guidance informed by my experience and insights.

I scored a 1590 on my SAT, with 800 in Math and 790 in Reading and Writing. When I tutor students, I focus on teaching not just content, but also strategy: how to approach each section efficiently, avoid common traps, and manage time under pressure.
