I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) with a minor in Computer Science. My academic background is interdisciplinary, allowing me to support students in both STEM and humanities subjects with equal depth.
I have experience tutoring high school students in subjects such as AP Calculus BC, AP U.S. History, AP Literature, and high school-level English, science, and mathematics. My tutoring has primarily been one-on-one, both in-person and virtually, and I have worked with students ranging from freshmen to seniors preparing for standardized tests and college-level coursework.
My approach emphasizes building strong conceptual foundations and then reinforcing understanding through active questioning and applied examples. I tailor sessions to the student’s learning style—whether visual, verbal, or hands-on—and aim to boost not only academic performance but also confidence and motivation.
In addition to subject-based tutoring, I also assist students with writing assignments and personal statements. I have helped peers and younger students with college application essays, academic papers, and other writing-based projects by focusing on clarity, structure, and authenticity of voice.
I am committed to creating a supportive and productive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.
