My name is Nick and I am a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology. I have been accepted to attend medical school in the fall of 2025. My teaching experiences span across the diaspora: I have worked as a Teaching Assistant at Penn, run an educational nonprofit focused on experiential learning, have previously worked as a Teach for America Ignite Fellow as an ESL and Title 1 school tutor, and worked for a major MCAT tutoring agency. Each of these experiences taught me innumerable teaching pedagogies which I apply on a day to day basis in my current volunteer-oriented teaching engagements.
I have been a lifelong teacher and truly find great happiness working with students in a small group and one-on-one setting. Using my experiences as an MCAT Tutor and Instructor with Jack Westin and a 99th percentile scorer on the MCAT, I seek to establish my own practice of teaching the MCAT. Through Wyzant, I hope to harness my skills to continue to tutor and teach students using my past experiences -- hopefully helping my students reach new heights!
