Hi, I’m Kasonde and I’m passionate about teaching math, computer programming and stats to students of all ages! As a 3rd year PhD Grad student in Biomedical Engineering at Drexel University and with more than 4+ years of STEM tutoring experience, you can be sure that you will ace that upcoming exam, solve that pesky coding bug, or finally understand that math or stats concept. During my undergraduate I helped students gain A+ grades in a variety of subjects including Algebra, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Python programming and many more STEM courses. Now as a graduate student I encourage my students to ask questions, think critically, and discuss deeply. My lessons are always well planned out, meticulously carried out in exciting and knowledge instilling environment.

My programming expertise cover a wide array of languages including Python, R/RStudio, MATLAB, C/C++ and Java. My services broadly include topics in Object Oriented Programming, Polymorphisms (OOPs), Inheritance, Decorators, Generators, Machine Learning (ML) and Optimization. I offer niche tutoring in specialized subjects including Genomics, Bioinformatics and related basic to advanced Data Analytics and Statistics pipelines such as RNA-seq, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. My mathematics specializations include algebra, linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, advanced engineering mathematics, modeling and Bayesian statistics.
