I earned my Undergraduate degree in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine and received my Masters degree in Education from the American Museum of Natural History. I am currently pursuing my second Masters degree in Environmental Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

I am a certified Earth Science Teacher for Grades 6-12 in the state of New York, and I am comfortable tutoring Biology, Earth Science, Ecology, Environmental Science, or anything within the life sciences, generally. I am also comfortable with general middle school science.

I have 3+ years of teaching experience in middle school and high school in addition to 2+ years of private tutoring experience. I am an enthusiastic educator that can bring content that your child is struggling with to life. I am always aiming to meet my students where they are, recognizing that my work is to help them with the areas they are struggling with, while also helping them become more independent and confident for their future academic endeavors.
