I taught at Philadelphia's famed Settlement Music School for twenty five years and took part in both their handicapped and prison programs as well as teaching many students from all walks of life. Additionally, I studied drums and music in New York with famed teacher Stanley Spector, and have played with many of the nations leading jazz musicians including Barry Harris, Ron Carter, John Blake and the Glenn Miller Orchestra under the direction of Buddy DeFranco.
