Hi! My name is Hannah, and I’m a future medical student with a strong academic background in the sciences. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology from Penn State. I have also recently completed a rigorous premedical health science post-baccalaureate program at Temple University. I’m passionate about helping students build both confidence and mastery in their studies.
Teaching has always been a meaningful part of my life. I began tutoring in high school, volunteering after school to help younger students with homework. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of learners, including adult students preparing for high school equivalency exams in math and science, adult ESL learners, middle and high school students, and even classmates in college. These experiences have taught me how to explain complex topics clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and create a supportive, encouraging environment.
I truly believe that every student can succeed with the right approach. I tailor each session to fit the student’s goals, strengths, and interests, breaking down challenging concepts into manageable steps while building critical thinking skills. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, strengthening foundational skills, or aiming for top grades, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals. My specialty topics include Biology, Chemistry, Algebra, Statistics, Geometry, and Anatomy/Physiology. I'm also available for essay and personal statement editing. I look forward to working with you!
