Hello, I'm Nate and I've been playing instruments for over 25 years. I primarily teach guitar, bass, drums, and harmonica. I am also able to split lessons if you're interested in more than one!

I'm an ASCAP recording musician and have performed in local acts and solo since I was a teenager.

I've always enjoyed showing my friends and band mates how to play, striving to get our jams sessions to the next level. I took lessons from a few local teachers for several years, and I also studied music theory and performance throughout high school and during my time at West Chester University; from which I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Web Technology.

For over a decade I've taught nearly a hundred clients both locally and online; ranging from ages 8 through 80s, and of all skill levels. It's always a good time to learn something new that can stick with you for life!
I've had students perform with my local School of Rock, and some have even moved on to join professional touring bands.

Although I'm primarily involved with rock and heavy metal, I listen to, play, and record all genres.
Be it classical, country, hip hop, or electronic dance music; if it brings your mood where you need it, it's great!

If you have no desire to dive headfirst into theory or reading sheet music, we can do that!
If you have a deadline to learn songs for performance at school or in your band, we can make sure your time is wisely spent both during our time together and away; assigning you the proper homework exercises and parts to recite.

I have access to many books, charts, and music programs to assist us. I am able to create and customize charts and cheat sheets to better help your learning style. I have some experience with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders, and will do my best to accommodate.

Whether you're an absolute beginner or aspiring advanced player, I'd like to help you develop your skills to really love your instrument! I hope to hear from you s
