My professional background is rooted in emergency medical services and public safety education, and I currently serve as the Director of a successful emergency services education institute in central Pennsylvania. I am certified as an EMT, rescue technician, firefighter, nationally Certified Ambulance Coder, search and rescue EMT, large-scale exercise evaluator, and skills evaluator. In addition to my core credentials, I have accumulated more than 400 continuing education certifications across a wide range of clinical, administrative, and operational topics. Over the course of my career, I have not only taught in these fields but have also built complete education institutes and training programs that support the development of new providers and advance the abilities of experienced professionals.

I have instructed students from ages 14 to 80 and have taught more than 6,000 individuals through my courses, programs, and public education initiatives. My teaching experience includes classroom instruction, scenario-based training, hands-on skills labs, one-on-one tutoring, and small-group coaching. I prioritize clarity, relevance, and practical application by breaking down complex material into understandable components, using real-world examples and structured learning strategies. My approach supports learners at all stages, whether they are just entering EMS or pursuing advanced certifications.

A significant portion of my work involves preparing students for national exams such as the NREMT.
