I began teaching mathematics as a tutor and have worked with students in math tutoring centers at several universities, including the University of Florida. I teach across the calculus sequence, so I understand how Calculus II connects to both Calculus I and Calculus III. I help students with techniques of integration, applications of integration, improper integrals, parametric and polar ideas, sequences, series, and convergence tests. That background helps me spot common mistakes, strengthen weak foundations, and explain the material in a way that prepares students for exams and future courses.

I have over 10 years of experience teaching mathematics at the college level, including developmental mathematics courses that build and reinforce Common Core concepts. My expertise includes algebra, functions, equations, graphing, polynomials, rational expressions, exponents, radicals, and mathematical problem solving. I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics and have taught university mathematics since 2013.
