In my current role as an Emotional Support and Learning Support teacher, I develop and implement personalized learning plans, coordinate with therapists and families, and use a wide range of strategies to meet students’ academic and emotional needs. This experience allows me to quickly identify how a child learns best and to adapt lessons so that they stay motivated and engaged.
