Hi! My name is Dev and I’m an accepted Medical Student at the Penn State College of Medicine! I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in my undergrad at Penn State and I was a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry 1 and 2, Biochemistry, and Organic Chemistry 2. I’ve also taken pedagogy/teaching courses and had certifications to tutor and teacher kids, all as I work towards my M.Ed alongside my MD.

Hi! My name is Dev and I’m an accepted Medical Student at the Penn State College of Medicine! I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in my undergrad at Penn State and I was a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry 1 and 2, Biochemistry, and Organic Chemistry 2. I’ve also taken pedagogy/teaching courses and had certifications to tutor and teacher kids, all as I work towards my M.Ed alongside my MD.

I’ve always had a unique philosophy when it comes to helping students - listen first, explain second. When I was struggling myself in these classes, I felt supported when my confusion was heard and addressed from the basics. I work to understand where the disconnect in understanding is, so we can work on building a foundation from the basics and tackle the topic with a thorough understanding, which undoubtedly helps you find the success and grades you’re looking for!

I’ve done one-on-one tutoring, as well as classroom style for kids from middle school, high school, and college students for over 6 years now, and I have great experience and success with both in-person and online tutoring.
