When not teaching and tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and serving in our church. I also enjoy living a healthy and fit life.
I taught elementary students for seven years in public school settings. Four of these years, I spent in Kindergarten teaching phonics and teaching early reading skills. As a reading specialist, I am an expert at reaching struggling readers and helping build confidence in reading abilities. Teaching reading and phonics is my area of expertise.
I am a certified health and wellness coach through ACE. I enjoy teaching group fitness classes as a hobby!
