Dr. G. grew up in China. She got her PhD in Sociology from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2018. After graduation, she taught at Albright College – a small liberal arts college in central Pennsylvania – for three years. Then she joined Mercer University as an Assistant Professor of Sociology in Fall, 2022.
