Hello, my name is Dan and I'm an Electrical Engineer in Lancaster city. I started out high school in the southern end, went to West Chester University in the Pre-Med program with hopes of becoming a doctor. I very much enjoyed Chemistry and biology, cellular physiology, physics and such courses, but through several years of classes learned that math was my true passion. I made the switch to Electrical Engineering, and attended Penn State.
My qualifications include salutatorian of my high school class, 3.4GPA in the E.E. program at Penn State, full time engineering employment, as well as success in chemistry and biology fields from pre-med experience. Math and science are definitely my specialty for tutoring. I'm also very good at explaining concepts from multiple angles, working with different individuals in whatever learning style they prefer, and am patient and approachable.
I took and received credit for college-level Calc 1 and Statistics 101 in high school, and moved on to Calc 2 and 3 in college. After, I took higher level math courses such as Differential Equations, as well as Engineering specific math courses such as Digital Logic and Circuit analysis.
Math is my forte, but science and engineering are close seconds. If you need some help, no matter if its algebra or calculus, biology or chemistry, test prep or just general learning, I'm your guy! I think we'll get a long great and you'll definitely get results.
