Mary was able to explain and demonstrate the difference between 3 different computer data storage systems. Using pieces of the 3 systems without understanding what I was doing caused me to often not be able to find my files. Mary was very thorough in showing me how to better organize my computer files. Great tutor
I engaged Mary Tress to help my 93 year old mother earn how to better use the iPad we gave her as a Christmas present a year ago. My mother had no prior experience in using any form of computer, tablet or smart phone technology, or even a typewriter for that matter, and was frustrated and somewhat intimidated by the technology. Mary was very patient and has helped my mother gain some basic proficiency on fundamentals, especially email and internet usage. My mother is very pleased with the results and now sends me daily emails and marvels about what she is able to discover and learn via internet sites such as Wikipedia! Mary has helped her gain confidence and take pride in learning to use technology she never imagined using in the past, let alone at 93.
