I hold a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics and a B.S. in Biology, and I’ve spent years helping students master challenging math and science concepts—from middle school fundamentals to advanced college courses.

My teaching journey began after college, when I tutored at an independent school district and a private after-school program in Houston, TX. During graduate school, I served as an Associate Instructor for the introductory biology course for nine semesters, guiding hundreds of college students through complex material.
