My journey in education began as an English Teaching Assistant at Puxin Education in Taiyuan, where I developed and implemented innovative teaching resources that significantly enhanced the educational experience and improved students' academic performance. My teaching methods, which blend traditional and digital instructional techniques, have been finely honed over the years, particularly during my time managing diverse and cross-cultural educational projects as a Marketing Coordinator with local education company in Pennsylvania.
