Hello, my name is Emily. In the Fall, I will be starting my 11th year teaching, 6 years teaching 6th grade ELA and 4 years as an Elementary Reading Specialist. My Bachelors degree is in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading. I completed my Masters in Reading and the majority of my coursework for my Doctorate in Education.
In the classroom, I have used Journey’s, Fundations, Enhanced Core Reading Instruction(ECRI) and ERI. I was recently trained in LETRS Volume 1 and 2.
