I have been an ESL/EFL instructor since 1999. I have taught in South Korea, Cambodia, Uganda, Ecuador, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and the Ivory Coast. I have worked with students of various age and proficiency levels and have worked as as teacher trainer for English instructors. I have also worked in the publishing industry as a proofreader. I have conducted numerous teacher-training workshops. I am looking forward to starting a Ph.D. program specifically oriented toward teaching writing to second language learners.
