I have been certified in childcare, first aide, and communicable diseases. As a former employee of the Word of Life Daycare and Preschool in Wintersville, Ohio; I have experience teaching and aiding children age 2-12. I was a preschool teacher for three years. I take great pride in the ability of furthering education in school age children. I work well with all age groups. I am strict in completing tasks on hand, but want education to be fun. I want children to want to learn. Finding a healthy balance so materials are relevant, fun, and not dry and boring is a difficult task. I enjoy doing hands on experiments, activities, handouts, and so on, to stimulate different learning styles.
I am very respectful and well mannered, and expect those I am teaching to be the same. I will direct the student in the right direction to achieve greatness in school! Finding weaknesses and strengths help direct the child properly.
