To stay current with modern tools and instructional best practices, I recently completed several CEU courses focused on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. These courses strengthened my understanding of updated workflows and advanced features, ensuring that I can provide accurate, relevant, and up to date guidance.
