I’m a high school student with a strong background in advanced math, and I specialize in helping students build solid mathematical foundations from the ground up. I work with students from Pre-Algebra through Calculus, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and AP Calculus AB and BC.

Many students struggle in math not because they “aren’t good at it,” but because of small gaps in understanding that build up over time, which get exposed as more advanced coursework is pursued. My approach focuses on identifying and fixing those gaps early, so students can fully understand each concept before moving forward. This makes future topics significantly easier and helps prevent frustration, making mathematics a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

In sessions, I emphasize clear, step-by-step explanations, guided problem solving, and making sure students understand the “why” behind each step, not just how to get the answer. I also work on building confidence and independence, so students can approach new problems on their own.

I’ve performed strongly in advanced math courses and genuinely enjoy helping younger students improve and succeed. I keep sessions structured, focused, and supportive so students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material.

In addition to one-on-one tutoring, I run a structured summer math booster program designed to help students strengthen fundamentals and get ahead of the next school year’s curriculum.
