I have been studying Arabic for almost 5 years now and have advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Modern Standard Arabic and the Syrian dialect. I studied in the Middle East for a semester and have worked with Syrian refugees for 3 years. I was also a teachers assistant to the Arabic courses at my college where I tutored students on a daily basis. I will be getting my masters degree in Arabic studies.
