My passion has always been helping others learn, grow, and gain confidence. I earned my degree in Elementary Education and am a licensed teacher. Through my education and teaching experiences, I developed a strong foundation in teaching reading, writing, mathematics, study skills, and critical thinking to elementary-aged students. I believe every child learns differently, so I strive to make lessons engaging, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. My goal is not only to help students improve academically but also to build the confidence they need to become independent learners.

Throughout my experience working with students, I have learned the importance of patience, positive reinforcement, and creating a supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I enjoy breaking difficult concepts into smaller, manageable steps and finding creative ways to help students understand new material. Whether a student needs help catching up, staying on track, or preparing for an upcoming test, I work at their pace while celebrating their progress along the way.

In addition to my education background, I currently work in corporate learning and leadership development, where I design training programs, create learning materials, and help adults develop new skills. This experience has strengthened my communication, organization, and instructional abilities and has reinforced my belief that great teaching is about connecting with learners at every stage. I look forward to partnering with students and parents to create a positive, encouraging tutoring experience that helps each child reach their full potential.
