I’m a junior Mechanical Engineering student at Penn State, where I’ve taken a range of core engineering courses including statics, dynamics, and thermodynamics, along with some more advanced topics. My academic focus has also included aerospace-related work, particularly in areas like heat transfer and thermal protection systems. I’ve worked on research and project-based applications involving reentry heat shields, which has helped me better understand how to apply engineering concepts to real-world problems.

Most of my teaching experience comes from helping classmates and peers in one-on-one settings, especially in subjects like physics and engineering mechanics. I usually focus on breaking problems down step-by-step and explaining the reasoning behind each part, rather than just jumping to the answer. I’ve found that this approach helps students build confidence and actually understand the material, not just memorize it. I’m comfortable working with high school or early college students and adapting explanations based on their level.
