I currently work with children disabilities, mainly Autism, in school and other settings. I am in different classrooms throughout the day, from mainstream education to learning support to ASD classrooms. I like to incorporate reward systems for compliance and expected behavior and understand that a full hour straight of sitting and focusing is a lot for students, especially younger ones. Students learn different ways, and I am willing to include games and other activities to encourage active learning.
