I have obtained my degrees very recently online with Grand Canyon University, which is a Private Christian University based in Arizona. My bachelor's degree is in communications and my master's degree is in English with an Emphasis in Education. I am a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.

I chose the emphasis in education because the instructor and professors that taught me during my time in my undergraduate courses were so knowledgeable and helpful that I decided I wanted to help others as they have helped me.
I love the idea that I can help people create the foundation of what they may want to do with their lives. By making an impact on those I teach and tutor I feel that they in turn will positively impact others as they move forward on their journeys in life.

Since my degrees are very new, I feel that I have the most recent information available. I excelled n writing papers for my classes in mostly APA format, but have done my share in MLA as well. I have written a paper almost every week for the past seven years.

Having written papers in APA and MLA formats for the past seven years as well as creating exciting and informational PowerPoint's for my classes I feel that I am up to date on most of what Microsoft has to offer in these areas and more.
